This was a bad experience for this time, I had to come back up there to find out that you guys do not top off fluids anymore unless it's a leak! The top to my windshield fluid was gone, which they say they put it back on there, and its still not! I chose to bring my car back to where I purchased it from, but lately it seems I needs to be taken it somewhere else to get services! This is just unacceptable, I've been a loyal customer since 2011, and I've had some bad experiences but I chose to keep coming there, but thinking seriously about going somewhere else!

Had problems with battery. Called Service DepRTMENT, TOLDME TO COME ON DOWN. iWAS IN AND OUT WITHIN AN HOUR WITH A NEW BATTERYThe Service Department told me if I had any more problems just let them know..
I gave the service rep. My coupon for a battery replacement at a cost of 114.95. They replaced it with a 150.00 battery without checking with me first. I feel they should have asked first. I also feel the dealership should pay the overcharge for THEIR mistake not me. I know they gave me a better battery but they should ask first!
