Came in to use my Preferred Customer Program services which I paid for. It included car wash. Although it was washed it could have had a bit more attention to other areas on vehicle to get a total clean look.
It was very good. My vehicle got in for service very fast. Service rep. was very well informed about trouble with my AC. Only thing was that my car could not be released to me until payment from warranty company was there even though payment was already approved. Had to make two trips to get my car. One to sign finished work sheet and next to pick up the car. That was inconvenient.
We waited 3 days to get our car back. Were told it would take 1 day. Felt the service advisor, Shawn was just stringing us on. The service manager told us it took longer because a part had to come from Jacksonville. Shawn should have told us the truth from the start.
The guys were very low key and listened to me about the car. Being a senior citizen puts you at the mercy of the Service department and Megan Sirmon handled the situation with kindness and believe it or not, she knew my name! Your dealership is easy to work with.
